Minprovise is seeking a dedicated Project Engineerwith structural integrity / asset remediation experience to lead the end-to-end technical and commercial execution of our projects and shutdowns. This role is primarily site-based, offering the opportunity to work at our Head Office in Welshpool and various sites.

The Role
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of project delivery, from initial proposal to final documentation. You'll play a key part in driving project success, client engagement, and business growth.
You will serve as a key technical advisor, ensuring all work meets rigorous industry standards while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
What You'll Do:
* Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with client and industry standards.
* Develop proposals, scope of works, and tender submissions to generate business opportunities.
* Conduct site visits, client presentations, and provide technical support to project teams.
* Prepare HESQ documentation, method statements, management plans, and as-built drawings.
* Draft and review commercial contracts, variations, RFIs, TQs, and claims.
* Report to stakeholders regularly and maintain project documentation.
* Mentor team members and promote a strong safety, quality, and environmental culture.
* Attend interstate or local meetings to expand business, develop relationships, and provide technical consultation.
What We're Looking For:
* Tertiary Engineering Degree or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years' experience with site-based engineering projects.
* Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and engineering principles.
* Experience in Mining, Oil & Gas, or similar industries.
* Commercial contract management and negotiation skills.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including MS Project & Excel).
* Excellent communication skills across all levels.
Desirable:
* Experience with WA mining shutdowns and maintenance.
* Working knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines (structural, mechanical, piping, rotating equipment, electrical/instrumentation).
