About the Role

The Senior Organisational Change Partner is part of the Business and Service Improvement Unit, a team responsible for leading a program to improve service experience, efficiency, and effectiveness.

In This Role You Will
* Lead and deliver programs to drive change for organisational priority improvement projects.
* Lead, facilitate and partner with senior leaders to design change programs for improved service outcomes.
* Design and implement an enterprise‐wide change framework.
* Build change capability and change leadership across the organisation, through coaching, advice and training.

To be the successful candidate, you must have relevant tertiary qualifications or significant work experience in change and transformation, with a commitment to ongoing professional development. You must also have qualifications, accreditation or training in change management and demonstrated experience in leading and delivering change at the project level and the organisational level. You will also be passionate about coaching and mentoring, driven to deliver change, and results focused.
