**The role**:
We are currently looking for a People & Development Advisor/Office Manager to join our national People & Development team in our Perth office in this varied and fast paced dual role.
The People & Development Advisor/Office Manager has responsibility for the following operational roles - reception, office administration and secretarial. This position is a key liaison and support to the Perth office of 60+ people.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working with the Chief People Officer and Chief Operating Officer to:
- Supervise and coordinate operational staff within Perth to deliver efficient administrative support to the office including the allocation of relief secretarial resources to cover leave
- Liaise with various external suppliers and oversee catering, stationery and office supply orders
- Coordinate and deliver annual Summer Clerkship recruitment campaigns and the Summer Clerkship program itself
- Providing commercially astute generalist HR support and advice to managers, Partners and staff
- Manage and oversee inductions of new staff including covering all Work, Health and Safety issues
