Lead Research Strategist
Drive RACS' research agenda, overseeing key programs and ensuring compliance with AMC standards.
* Develop a robust monitoring and evaluation framework.
* Oversee hospital training post accreditation aligned with AMC standards.
* Guide research projects that advance surgical education and healthcare equity.
* Disseminate research outcomes across academic and professional platforms.
Requirements
• PhD or equivalent postgraduate qualification in research, with extensive experience in healthcare or education research and evaluation.
• Proven leadership of complex research programs and teams.
• Strong experience in accreditation, quality assurance, and M&E frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A track record in securing funding and working with government and academic partners.
• Experience in medical education or health membership organizations is highly regarded.
