Territory Manager – Queensland
The Company
Total Hardware is a proudly Australian-owned business operating nationally, with offices and warehouses located on the Gold Coast, Melbourne and Perth.
As a leading specialist supplier of components and hardware to the security, door, window and associated industries, we are seeking to appoint a Territory Manager to support customers throughout Queensland and Northern New South Wales. This role reports directly to the National Sales Manager and Director of Sales | Business Development.
If you are looking for your next challenge — selling a market-leading range of specialist hardware into diverse industrial segments while working autonomously within an experienced and close-knit team — this opportunity could be ideal.
Family-owned and operated since 2000, Total Hardware delivers quality hardware solutions from design through to delivery. Our friendly team, including Territory Managers based in all major capital cities across Australia, has built a strong reputation for industry knowledge, service excellence and experience.
The Opportunity
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a driven, technically minded individual seeking a rewarding career in sales. You may already be working in a similar role, or you could be an entrepreneurial self-starter ready to take the next step in your sales career.
While experience in the security and/or window and door industry would be advantageous, it is not essential. Comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate who demonstrates hunger, drive and an attitude to succeed.
Ongoing training, upskilling and consistent support from our National Sales Manager and company Directors will position you well for success in your territory.
You will support both existing and new customers via phone, email, Microsoft Teams and face-to-face engagement throughout the territory. You will focus on promoting new and existing products to fabricators, repairers, glaziers, installers and resellers, with the goal of increasing market share across your region.
The successful applicant will benefit from a comprehensive induction program and structured training across our systems, processes, call cycles and product range.
