About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to support the Head of Risk in delivering and strengthening APA's Enterprise Risk Management Framework (RMF). In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert risk and assurance guidance, coaching, and support to leaders across the business. You'll help drive the effective execution of the RMF, deliver meaningful assurance insights, and influence the ongoing uplift of risk and assurance maturity across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head of Risk with ongoing enhancements/ maturity uplift to the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) System / Framework.
* Provide subject matter expertise on ERM and act as a key contact for SME risk framework consultation.
* Support quarterly enterprise risk reporting and lead preparation of reporting on material assurance findings.
* Act as Risk Partner for assigned divisions, facilitate risk reviews and support risk profile updates.
* Assist with ERM communication and training.
* Support the maintenance and administration of the Group Risk and Compliance IT system.
* Lead annual risk assurance analysis and share insights with key stakeholders including Group Internal Audit.
Qualifications & Experience
* Relevant university degree; postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
* Demonstrated success in building and embedding fit-for-purpose enterprise risk frameworks (essential).
* Skilled in producing clear, concise reports tailored for senior management audience.
* Strong relationship building skills and credibility to interact with and influence the business.
* Professional certifications or membership in recognised risk-related institutions preferred.
* Experience in the Energy Industry, ASX-listed companies, Internal Audit, Project Management, or specialist risk domains is highly regarded.
* Proficiency with IT GRC technology design and administration (preferred).
