Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide technical assistance to staff and students via phone, email, or in-person.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
 * Document and track incidents using our ticketing system.
 * Collaborate with the ICT team to develop and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
