AMO is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative and executive support across the business. This is a varied and trusted role supporting the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team, and acting as a central coordination point for day-to-day operations.

About the Role
The Administration Officer plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of AMO. You will provide executive and administrative support, maintain accurate records, coordinate compliance activities, and support business operations through strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail.
Working closely with the General Manager, Senior Leadership Team, and operational teams, you'll help maintain a professional, organised, and compliant working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team, including diary management, correspondence, meeting coordination, and minute-taking.
* Coordinate reports, presentations, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation.
* Support the document control processes, performing quality checks, proofreading, and ensuring all materials comply with the approved style guide.
* Act as a central coordination point for day-to-day administrative activities, tracking priorities, projects, and deadlines.
* Manage office procurement, fleet administration, and general facilities coordination.
* Maintain employee compliance records, including medical assessments, training, and certification due dates.
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with People and Culture Manager.
* Organise company events, travel, and third-party or VIP visits.
* Manage customer feedback processes and support responses to customer enquiries.
* Ensure administrative activities comply with corporate governance, safety, and compliance requirements.

About You
Essential
* Minimum 5 years' experience providing executive assistance and senior administrative support to executives or senior leadership teams.
* Strong organisational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities and incidents.
* Experience managing multiple projects and relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
* A mature, proactive and responsible approach to work with initiative and problem-solving capability.
* Ability to liaise in a professional manner with staff at all levels in the organisation.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
