You will deliver tailored therapeutic interventions and support recovery for people with complex physical and mental health needs. • Assess needs and develop tailored exercise programs • Deliver evidence based rehabilitation interventions • Support discharge planning and hospital avoidance • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams • Guide students and allied health assistants • Contribute to education, research and service improvement About You You are a motivated Exercise Physiologist who delivers person centred care with professionalism, empathy and strong clinical judgement within a collaborative rehabilitation setting. • ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist qualification • Deliver evidence based rehabilitation interventions • Communicate clearly with consumers and healthcare teams • Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary services • Manage priorities and maintain accurate clinical records Why You’ll Love It Here - CALHN benefits that matter In line with the new Allied Health Professionals, Assistants and Psychologists Enterprise Agreement 2025 you’ll enjoy enhanced benefits that support you and your career.
