Renowned for our commitment to customer satisfaction and innovative insurance solutions, we are currently seeking a skilled Lead Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our travel insurance products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Pricing and Product Development Lead pricing, underwriting and optimisation activities related to new opportunities and existing business in Australia and New Zealand, partnering closely with Product, Commercial and Partnership teams, and relevant teams in Australia and Global.
Periodically review the pricing structure of travel insurance products and recommend changes based on analysis of performance of different customer segments.
Ensure compliance with local and Global underwriting guidelines and standards.
Create, run and analyse, technical performance reports Lead regular reporting and providing recommendations with key internal and external stakeholders.
Support portfolio management and forecasting activities.
Lead the development and implementation of BI tools and reporting.
4) Technical Claims and Reserving Support the enhancement of technical and reserving practices.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS Newly or nearly qualified actuary.
3-5 years relevant actuarial work experience in insurance industry.
Preferably experience pricing.
Experience in travel insurance industry is nice to have.
Excellent data analytic, communication and problem-solving skills is required.
Experience and willingness to operate in global organisations.
