GMA is growing — and we're looking for a talented Gardener /Landscaper to join our team
If you have hands-on landscaping and gardening experience, and love bringing outdoor spaces to life, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Perform regular garden maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding and fertilising
Maintain garden beds, shrubs, lawns and other landscape features
Identify issues such as pests or plant diseases and take appropriate action
Assist in the installation of new landscaping elements
Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
At least 2+ years' experience in gardening or landscaping.
A certificate in horticulture or associated discipline is desirable.
Strong background in landscape construction and/or garden maintenance
Solid plant knowledge and confident practical gardening skills
Ability to safely operate a wide range of gardening equipment
Great problem-solving abilities and sound judgement
High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality
A positive, customer-focused approach and strong teamwork skills
Valid driver's licence
Self-motivated, reliable, and physically fit
