Assistant Branch Manager
The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in managing branch performance, achieving the company vision, and implementing the Greatness Blueprint. This role involves communicating the company vision and strategy, leading, inspiring, coaching, and supporting staff to execute the Greatness Blueprint.
Position Involves
* Customized Customer Service
* Staff management, OHS issues, branch maintenance
* Accountability for debtors, customer complaints, customer development, and staff issues
* Develop customers and encourage staff to develop customer relationships
Requirements
* Current driver’s licence
* Competent use of TRS
* Competent use of RDS
* High level phone manner
* Forklift licence preferred
* Endorse and embrace the Learning & Development Centre
