Working closely with the housekeeping team and contractors, you'll lead and support daily operations to uphold outstanding standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.Job Responsibilities:Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet cleanliness and high presentation standards.Supervise and support the housekeeping team, promoting a productive and professional workplace culture.Oversee on-the-job training to ensure consistent procedures and quality standards.Maintain accurate housekeeping records, including daily logs, inventory reports, and maintenance requests.Collaborate with other departments and contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Shift Details(subject to change):Rotating roster across Monday to SundayMust be available to work weekendsWeekday shifts: 10am - 2pmHourly Rates (excluding superannuation):Monday - Friday: $***** per hourSaturday: $***** per hourSunday: $***** per hourQualificationsTo be successful in this role you will have:Previous experience in supervising or managing housekeeping operations.Experience controlling andmaintainingbudgets, all operating supplies,replacements andconsumables.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent time management and organisational skills.A sharp eye for detail and the ability to set and uphold high cleanliness standardsAdditional InformationAt Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
