Skills and Qualifications
* Knowledge: Understanding of various paint application techniques, surface preparation, and different paint types.
* Attention to Detail: Work with precision to deliver flawless finishes.
* Problem-solving skills: Ability to resolve common painting issues such as uneven coats or poor adhesion.
* Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
* Time Management: Ability to complete tasks within set deadlines while maintaining high standards.
* Safety Focus: Demonstrate a commitment to safe work practices and compliance with OH&S requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
* Construction Induction Card (White Card): Required for working on construction sites.
* Certifications: Working at Heights and other relevant safety certifications
* Police Check
* Be eligible for security clearance as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA). website
Desirable Qualifications
* Trade Qualification: Relevant apprenticeship or trade qualification in painting.
* EWP High Risk Work Licence: Required for operating Elevated Work Platforms (EWP).
* Certifications: Additional relevant certifications, such as Elevated Work Platforms and Working at Heights.
* Driver's License: Required for traveling to various job sites.
* Tools and Equipment: Must be able to operate all painting tools and equipment, including sprayers, scaffolds, and power tools.

This position will be remunerated according to the terms outlined in your contract, with rates in accordance with the Building and Construction Award, along with applicable allowances for tools, travel, and overtime as required by law and company policy.
