As Retail Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, control inventory, and implement strategies to maximise profitability. You will play a key role in building team capability, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. We are looking for a confident leader with strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing a retail or fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities
* Plan, direct, and evaluate the operations of the petrol station and grocery retail areas. Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards to meet customer demands.
* Supervise, train, and coordinate staff, including rostering and performance management.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions to increase sales.
* Maintain inventory control, ensure product quality, and manage supplier relationships.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
* Oversee fuel deliveries, pricing adjustments, and point-of-sale system updates.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
* A minimum of one year's experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Manager within the fast food or retail industry.
* Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
* Good understanding of stock management, sales reporting, and staff supervision.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
* Degree in hospitality or business management is required for this position.
