About the Role:
The CRM Campaign Specialist will execute and follow up on customer retention and continuity campaigns for our company. This includes day-to-day CRM campaign management and reporting. The CRM Campaign Specialist will carry out projects to their completion, monitor results data, and make recommendations for the future.
* Act as a Microsoft CRM super user
* Plan and execute customer continuity and retention campaigns
This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, generating leads for a retail network, and fostering external relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct response marketing, lead generation, and CRM strategy.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Commerce is preferred. A Graduate Diploma/Masters in Marketing is also desirable. Strong analytical, technical, and mathematical abilities are essential for this role. Problem-solving skills and the ability to turn numbers into actions are required.
We are looking for a digital marketing automation expert who can focus on lead-to-sale conversion. Experience in marketing to an older demographic and using customer relationship management systems is highly valued.
