We seek candidates with:
1. 8+ years of culinary experience in highly-regarded, culinary-forward restaurants;
2. 3+ years of senior leadership experience as Chef de Cuisine, Head Chef, or Executive Chef;
3. Intimate knowledge of Italian cuisine;
4. Experience operating high volume, fast-paced restaurants;
5. Strong financial acumen and organisational skills;
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
7. A successful track record of leading large, dynamic teams of 20+;
8. Ability and passion for coaching, training and developing team members;
