Role Overview:
As our HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations by providing comprehensive HR services, implementing strategies that support the business goals and ultimately foster employee engagement.
You'll work closely with a supportive team and collaborate with the wider team to build a high-performance culture and ensure that the business objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible as the first point of site contact, providing guidance and support for employees, including addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts and ensuring position work environment.
* Responsible for site related HRIS.
* Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews through to managing and facilitating the onboarding process for new starters.
* Good knowledge and strong understanding of employment and industrial relations, legislation, and regulations.
* Drive, influence and shape an awesome and high performing culture.
* Supporting managers in evaluating employee performance and implementing improvement plans.
* Work closely with internal and external business partners to ensure training programs are delivered to promote upskilling and/or reskilling, ensuring alignment with the business' operational requirements.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws & regulations, maintaining accurate records and prepare reporting as required.
* Propose and implement site related policies.
* Participate in HR projects.
* Take full accountability for personal safety and well-being, and ensure adherence to Safety, Health, and Environment (SH&E) standards.
What We're Looking For:
* A tertiary degree, AHRI certification or ability to demonstrate equitable work experience.
* Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial industry.
* Working knowledge of SAP and/or intermediate Excel skills is desired.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building and nurturing stakeholder relationships.
* A strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
* A proactive and motivated approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
* A passion for creating positive customer experiences and achieving outstanding results.
