The Team You'll Lead
You will oversee a team of four established Talent Acquisition Partners with diverse backgrounds in recruitment and agency experience. They are passionate, collaborative and dedicated to making a difference across regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a talent strategy that meets our business needs and expansion plans in a competitive market.
* Manage the team to deliver talent outcomes aligned with business objectives.
* Access, track and report on key hiring metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide coaching, training and development opportunities to build recruitment capability and confidence.
* Engage with external relationships, including agencies and systems suppliers.
* Monitor and report on workforce trends, providing insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
* Ensure compliant, consistent, streamlined and positive recruitment practices.
* Amply our Employee Value Proposition through effective attraction mediums.
Your Skills and Experience
You are a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition expert with expertise in recruitment operations, process improvement, ATS optimisation and data-driven insights. You have:
* 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including leading recruitment teams.
* A background in servicing the childcare/early education sector.
* An ability to manage priorities, improve processes and deliver results.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in developing reports and dashboards.
* Solid problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
* High adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
