Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
* Check-in/Check-out: Process guest check-ins and outs accurately using our park booking system
* Housekeeping Coordination: Coordinate with Housekeeping to track accommodation readiness
* Information Provision: Supply guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
* Administrative Tasks: Complete day-to-day office administration tasks efficiently
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous Front Office experience in the hospitality industry
* PASSIONATE ABOUT GUEST EXPERIENCES: Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Cash Handling: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Attitude: Enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility: Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
* Licence: Current driver's license essential
