Join Charles Sturt University as a Clinical Educator on a casual basis and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of dental and oral health professionals. Based in one of our regional Dental and Oral Health Clinics, you'll provide hands‐on clinical supervision and mentorship to students, bridging academic learning with real‐world practice. This role supports the development of the dental workforce in rural and regional communities while offering opportunities for professional growth and academic engagement.
About you
* Full registration as a dental practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra).
* Proven ability to empathise effectively and tailor teaching approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles while following the principles of good clinical supervision.
* Willingness to adapt your teaching schedule as needed to facilitate collaboration with colleagues at varying times.
* A strong desire to contribute to advancing dental education, actively contributing to the institution's educational goals, and deriving fulfilment from teaching and mentoring future dental professionals.
