About the Position
The Area Manager will be responsible for leading the operational performance of PRP’s City East Practices at Moore Park and Zetland. This full-time permanent position reports to the Operations Manager, City East. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing Chiefs and Office Managers, and working with Practice Managers and reporting Doctors, to provide safe and high-quality imaging services.
* Ensuring optimal workflows and providing leadership to all staff in the practices.
* Driving efficiencies, business initiatives and new processes to achieve commercial outcomes.
* Leading change management initiatives, implementing compliance measures and ensuring appropriate skill mix of clinical staff.
* Other responsibilities as directed by the Operations Manager.
About You
You will have significant experience as either a Radiographer, Sonographer or Nuclear Medicine Technologist and possess a proven track record of leading teams and strong operational understanding of practice management. You must have strong commercial skills, with a focus on increasing profitability whilst continuing to enhance and prioritise patient and employee safety. You must possess an excellent understanding of practice workflows, policies and procedures and experience in optimising team members’ utilisation and skills. You will have outstanding stakeholder management skills that enable you to develop relationships with all team members, referring doctors and patients.
