The Opportunity
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Leasing Officer to join a local Canberra business with a diverse and growing retail portfolio.
This role offers exposure to a broad mix of retail assets, including established retail hubs and new developments, providing the chance to work across both leasing and strategic project initiatives.
You'll be working closely with an experienced leadership team, gaining hands-on involvement in leasing transactions, tenant relationships, and future retail planning.
The Role
This is a varied and dynamic position, with responsibilities including:
* Leasing retail spaces across a diverse portfolio
* Managing casual leasing and identifying new revenue opportunities
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
* Assisting with lease negotiations and documentation
* Supporting retail marketing campaigns and leasing listings
* Contributing to feasibility studies, reporting, and market research
* Assisting with new retail developments, including tenancy mix and strategy
About You
We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including:
* Retail property management
* Retail or commercial leasing
* Residential or commercial sales
You will also bring:
