The Wollongong franchise is a family-owned business in operation for almost 30 years. We cover the Illawarra, Southern Highlands, Sutherland Shire / St George and the far south coast down to Jervis Bay.
Our specialist areas include signboards, shop fronts, brochures & flyers as well as professional photography, videography and 3D walk throughs.
We are looking for the right person to join our fast-paced Administration Team. You will be a team player who is punctual with a flexible friendly outlook, possess excellent verbal skills, is efficiently organised and can work autonomously.
We are located in the Fairy Meadow area and this is a work from the office role. Ongoing it will be 2 and a half days per week, with the opportunity for more during leave coverage, in a stable fast paced working environment.
The Successful Applicants will have experience with :
* Delivering exceptional customer service via telephone and email
* Order entry of customer orders
* Sales support (liaise and assist other staff members)
To be considered for this role you will need :
* Proven order processing or office-based customer service experience
* A stable working history and reliability
* A customer-centric and service-oriented mindset
* Moderate level touch typing and data entry skills
* Competent with Microsoft Office
* A positive, high-energy attitude and strong work ethic
Thorough ongoing training will be provided.
