Our client is a market leading specialist supplier of hire safety solutions across multiple sectors and is growing significantly in Australia. A quality Branch Manager is sought to be based in WA.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising/managing a small operations/sales team. As a good Problem Solver with a Solution Focused approach the successful candidate will be strong in all aspects of Work Health & Safety (WHS).
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key qualities:
Well organised & structured leader/manager (5+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge & commitment to WHS
A tertiary qualification in business related field or equivalent (desirable)
A knowledge of multiple sectors would be beneficial
Strong evidence of business planning including budgets, targets and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with great attention to detail and time management.
