The ICT Support Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school's IT infrastructure.
* Providing timely assistance to end-users and resolving their computing issues efficiently or by effectively triaging their problems.
* Supporting software applications, telecommunications, and data services for the school community.

We are seeking an individual who is comfortable using key systems: Google Suite, Apple Mac and iOS devices, Microsoft Canvas platform. The ideal candidate will be able to complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines while maintaining excellent interpersonal relationships and communication skills. Additionally, they should be able to work independently as well as collaborate with others towards achieving outstanding outcomes.
1. Able to maintain user accounts across various online platforms used by the school community.
