A unique opportunity exists for a Property Finance Assistant to join our exciting Centre Management team. Working within a friendly and dynamic office, this role will allow you to showcase your existing finance administration skills and grow within a successful company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong working relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally
* Oversee rental arrears collection process
* Assist with daily centre rent collections
* Complete Monthly Rent Roll process (process and issue tenant invoices)
* Raise monthly charges
* Process workflows
* Maintain databases
* Perform account reconciliations
* Reconcile and bank gift card takings
* Complete petty cash reconciliations
The Ideal Candidate:
* Prior accounts experience in a retail shopping centre environment or similar
* Good working knowledge of managing and collecting rent from tenants
* Competent computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
* Tertiary qualifications in finance or administration
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong numeracy skills and budgeting ability
