About the Role
As our Client Relations Manager, you'll champion a positive experience for customers, residents, and families while strengthening the reputation of our newly acquired homes in Brisbane. You'll lead the admissions and engagement process, ensuring every interaction reflects care, trust, and excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Analyse and reporting on occupancy and admission trends.
* Design and implement sales strategies to achieve optimum occupancy. Develop marketing plans with each home to support community engagement and build a strong referrer pipeline.
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of Aged Care Funding for older Australians entering residential aged care.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including healthcare providers, rehabilitation centres, retirement living and aged care service providers.
* Drive new business opportunities to increase the sales funnel.
* Manage stakeholders to strengthen referral channels.
About you
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies that exceed targets.
* Strong sales experience, ideally in the aged care sector.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service.
* In-depth knowledge of aged care admissions, funding processes, and relevant legislation.
* Established relationships with referrers and other industry stakeholders.
