About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Entertainment Specialist with blue-sky ideas - and the magic to actually pull them off. Someone who can talk big-picture strategy and get into the nitty-gritty. You know that comms isn’t just noise, it’s about starting cultural conversations. And most importantly, you live and breathe entertainment.
You will have experience in PR, working in film, television or streaming publicity. You will have a flair for everything from Canva decks to creator campaigns, and a sixth sense for what’s trending in TV, film and music. If you know your way around a red carpet, can spot a rising star on TikTok, and still love solid media relations, you might just be our person.
In this role, you'll have account lead responsibilities on one of the biggest streaming services. Your days will be packed with entertainment strategy, talent wrangling, influencer vibes, media pitching, red carpets, content galore, and a few late-night premieres.
You'll also get the chance to work across the Havas Village - powered by a Deliberately Different philosophy, a way of working that brings together strategy, creativity, media, and content. For you, that means you’ll join the Organic team with its own distinct culture and expertise, while being part of a broader Village where you can collaborate with talented teams in creative and production to bring bigger, smarter ideas to life.
Some of the responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
* Maintaining and developing exceptional relationships with media across all sectors of film, entertainment, TV, streaming
* Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across film, television and streaming.
* Act as the senior client lead, building trusted, long-term partnerships.
* Leading meetings with clients and proactively set up agendas, both internally and externally.
* Manages overall financial performance of your client portfolio
* Supporting your team on the various retainer accounts and projects
* Coaching and mentoring of junior staff to help manage their time and focus.
* Lead the development of strategies for your projects or pitches and presenting ideas to clients
* Identify opportunities for organic growth across accounts.
* Attend networking events on behalf of organic
