We're looking for an experienced hands-on Site Supervisor to run residential granny flat builds.
This is not a desk role. You'll be on the tools, running sites, and helping us improve how we build.
The Role
* On the tools (carpentry focused)
* Running sites start to finish
* Supervising trades & labour
* Improving build efficiency and systems
* Helping refine designs for future builds
You'll Need
* Strong carpentry or building background
* Experience running or leading sites
* High standards and good organisation
* Ability to think ahead and solve problems
Pay
* Contractor role (ABN required)
* $65–$75 + GST per hour
* Incentives for carpentry works finished within timeframes
