We are looking for a multi-site Store Manager at Helloworld Travel Browns Plains & Flagstone. We are also hiring a Senior/Experienced Travel Consultant.
Both stores are newly refurbished and ready for the right leader to elevate them to the next level.
You will leverage your leadership skills to manage a team of experienced and new consultants, using your business acumen to drive store performance and reach full potential.

What We’re Looking For
An experienced Store Manager or Senior Consultant who can lead from the front, with proven sales results and customer service expertise.
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business skills to grow profitable stores, and a reputation in the local community.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading, coaching, and inspiring a team across two sites.
Conducting 1:1s, managing rosters, and collaborating with the Area Leader on recruitment and performance.
Achieving and exceeding store targets, including local marketing activities.
Maintaining a positive office environment.
In your consulting role, promoting holiday packages, flights, tours, cruises, insurance, and more.
Assisting customers face-to-face and online with inquiries, quotes, and itinerary changes.
Managing payments, supplier communication, and details.
Confidently cross-sell and upsell travel options.
This full-time role involves a 5-day roster, including occasional Saturday mornings on rotation.
