They provide a single source of supply of a vast range of products encompassing hundreds of Australian and overseas manufacturers and thousands of product items.
Based in Brendale, Brisbane they provide customers with one point of contact for quotations, order processing and the supply of products and services. Expro knows how to handle export operations, customs procedures, secure packaging, air freight and sea freight logistics exceptionally well. Expro’s business is solely export, devoted totally to supporting our overseas clients.
**The Role**:
- Providing estimation and quotes on a variety of materials.
- Provision of exceptional customer service, including order processing and regular communication to customers and management with required updates
- Driving efficiency and optimisation strategies/projects within the suppliers
- Negotiating with current and new suppliers based on both terms and cost.
- Mapping the current business suppliers and departments
- Identify and action opportunities for making additional sales.
- Assisting with additional tasks and Management requests as required
**About You**:
- Electrical background highly regarded
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly skilled in Excel
- The ability to analyse data and think outside the box.
- Great rapport and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong time management skills
