We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Dubbo who is keen to continue the growth of the business.
The Senior Project Manager's role is to assume responsibility and manage an assigned project in its entirety from end to end in an autonomous capacity.
Reverting from the tender team, the Manager captures all contractual, financial, resource, procurement, subcontractor, quality, timeline and practical completion obligations while acting as the company's representative.
The Manager will be assigned, expected to manage the team throughout the duration of the project, and report to the Construction Manager.
Primary objectives of the position:
Responsible for overall site management of the project, reporting directly to the construction manager to ensure the project runs efficiently and within the agreed project timeline.
Ensure strict adherence to IMS & HSE requirements are being met at all times.
Take over & manage budgets from tender wins, ensuring projects are financially secure and profitable.
Ensure project budgets and letting timelines are being met or improved within the procurement process.
Exhibit an approachable social conduct, building & maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors & team members.
Manage high-demand, dynamic situations & environments.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar management role.
Ability to perform day-to-day duties with a professional safety mindset.
Active listening, clear communication and persuasive presentation skills.
Must possess a current driver's licence.
General Construction Industry White Card.
Travel may be required to oversee projects across the regions.
