Pool Attendant/Lifeguard Role

Job Description:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of leisure centers. Key responsibilities include:
* Pool surveillance and security
* Lifeguarding duties, including administering first aid as needed
* Maintaining cleanliness of buildings and grounds
* Setting up areas for scheduled activities
* Providing customer service
Key qualifications include:
* Pool Lifeguard Licence
* First Aid Certificate
* Current Working with Children Check Certificate
* Excellent interpersonal skills, experience, and commitment to customer service
* Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) principles
Desirable qualifications include:
* Technical Operations Certificate
* Experience in a large facility
Working conditions include:
* A rotating roster of 76 hours per fortnight
* Flexible starting and finishing times
* Uniform provided
