Job Description
- Based in either Adelaide (preferred) or Sydney with a focus on Sofitel Adelaide.
- All-rounder able to manage payroll and accounts payable & receivable.
- Monthly bank reconciliations.
- Review daily cash balance and maintain cash flow projections.
- Month‑end close reconciliation and financial analysis.
- Prepare payroll reports and assist department heads with payroll costs.
- Assisting with budget and forecasting.
- Inventory and stocktake management and reporting.
- Maintain internal control procedures.
- Assisting Portfolio Finance operation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel accountant experience in a hotel setting (hotel experience is a must).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to produce quality output under tight deadlines.
- Self‑motivated and strong analytical skills.
- High attention to detail, task prioritisation and time management.
- Full unrestricted Australian work rights.
