The Opportunity We’re seeking skilled Civil Construction Labourers to join our team, working on major projects in Sydney’s Northwest and Southwest. This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term stability and a strong pipeline of work. Key Responsibilities: We are seeking Civil Construction Labourers to carry out a variety of manual labouring tasks on-site including: Preliminary Works : Assisting with site setup and preparation. Pavement Construction : Laying and finishing pavements to specifications. Conduits & Subsoils : Installing conduits and subsoil drainage systems. Pit Rendering : Applying rendering to pits as required. Fencing : Installing and maintaining fencing around work sites. Drainage : Assisting with the installation and maintenance of drainage systems. Finishing Works : Completing final site finishing tasks. General Labouring : Supporting general site duties as needed. We Are Looking for Someone Who Has: Prior experience in the construction industry is highly valued but not required.
