The Senior Project Architect will lead the design and execution of architectural projects and provide project management oversight. Responsibilities include preparing project plans, overseeing design processes, ensuring compliance with environmental and building standards, and collaborating with clients and teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can lead complex developments and mentor team members.Qualifications Expertise in Architecture, including design processes and building systemsExperience in Project Management, including scheduling and team coordinationProficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) in Archicad Knowledge of sustainability standards such as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)Strong skills in preparing detailed and accurate documentationExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilitiesRegistered architect is prefered Familiarity with Australian building codes and standards
