Warranty Administration Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warranty Administrator to join our CX Management team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support and service to our clients.
This role requires close collaboration with on-site Service and Warranty Officers to ensure seamless coordination and scheduling of Service & Warranty work with clients, suppliers, and trades. You will be responsible for managing appointments, handling new bookings, approving invoices, creating purchase orders, and facilitating communication between teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to multitask effectively. Additionally, you will participate in regular collaborative workflow meetings to keep the Service and Warranty Manager informed about the status of all jobs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule Service & Warranty work with clients, suppliers, and trades
* Manage appointments, handle new bookings, approve invoices, create purchase orders, and facilitate communication between teams
* Cultivate positive relationships with subcontractors
* Participate in regular collaborative workflow meetings to keep the Service and Warranty Manager informed about the status of all jobs
