What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
Key Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated leadership in infrastructure or natural asset planning, with a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver strategic outcomes.
* Strong understanding of infrastructure lifecycle planning, asset management principles, and sustainability frameworks.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of successful collaboration across government, industry, and community sectors.
* High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive innovation.
Qualifications
Essential:
* Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Urban or Regional Planning, or a related discipline.
* Extensive experience in infrastructure planning, asset management, or capital works delivery.
* Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policy frameworks, and planning standards.
Desirable:
* Postgraduate qualifications in leadership, project management, or public administration.
* Experience in local government or regional development contexts.
