Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in automotive paint application
* Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality finishes with attention to detail
* Skill in mixing and applying colours to exact specifications
* Familiarity with sanding, polishing, and masking techniques for vehicles
* Prior exposure to prestige vehicles is highly desirable
* A valid manual driver's license
* Self-motivation and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
