We deliver industry-specific solutions across the APAC region by nurturing accounts through high-touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting brands in achieving marketing and business objectives. Our team collaborates cross-functionally to provide holistic solutions covering product knowledge, vertical expertise, and market insights. We seek individuals with strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesAct as a Consultant to clients and internal stakeholders- Focus on solutions from product adoption, strategy, and optimization to link marketing objectives with business goals for Top 10 clients.- Stay updated on product developments, market landscape, vertical movements, and competitor activities to advise clients and internal teams.- Develop Test & Learn plans using Measurement solutions (BLS, CLS, Ad Effectiveness, etc.) across full-funnel solutions.- Drive adoption of Pixels, MMPs, TikTok Shop where applicable.- Create narratives, workshops, and business reviews to educate and upskill clients.- Establish TikTok’s value as part of a brand's media mix and communication strategy.Account Management, Campaign Management & Reporting- Manage and grow post-sale relationships with brands and agency teams, steering account growth.- Review media plans and suggest optimizations.- Oversee campaign setup, performance monitoring, and optimization.- Support revenue attainment through content and performance objectives.- Analyze data and present insights and next steps.- Prioritize tasks by urgency and impact in collaboration with Brand Partnerships Managers.Stakeholder Management & Revenue Impact- Build trusting relationships with internal and external teams for account growth.- Understand cross-functional team scopes and approaches.- Promote product adoption and market-specific programs.- Collaborate on account and opportunity planning with the Brand Partnerships team.- Track revenue and impact of client activities.- Share learnings through case studies and knowledge sharing.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsExperience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing, with knowledge of digital media platforms, KPIs, and vertical markets.Good understanding of digital media and marketing; vertical expertise in FMCG or Tech is a plus; experience in in-house marketing, agency, or platform solutions preferred.Experience managing branding and performance advertisers across multiple markets.Proficient in Thinkcell/Excel, dashboarding; detail-oriented, analytical, and creative problem solver.Excellent English communication and presentation skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with CPAS/Shopping Ads/E-commerce marketing.Experience with third-party ad measurement verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT).Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners and Pixel setup/troubleshooting.Experience building strategic programs for education and product adoption.Technical problem-solving experience with product and engineering teams.About TikTokTikTok is a leading platform for short-form mobile video, aiming to inspire creativity and bring joy.
