Our client based in Carrington is looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team on a Full-Time basis for an immediate start. This role will commence on a temporary basis and for the right candidate will eventuate into a Permanent opportunity.

You must be available to work the hours of 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Working on excel spreadsheets
* Answering phones and attending to customer enquiries
* Entering inventory into systems
* Processing invoices through SAP
* Uploading documents into SharePoint
* Allocating costs to contracts for the Accounts Payable team
* Filing and other Ad hoc duties as required
* Working towards a tight deadline
To be successful in this role:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Minimum 2 years' experience within office administration
* Great attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise workload
* Proficient with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
* Available to start immediately
Desirable:
* Use of SAP and SharePoint
* Accounts Payable experience
* Transport and logistics industry experience
