Customer Experience Consultant
We are seeking a full-time customer experience consultant to join our team in Launceston. This is a 12-month maternity cover with the potential for a permanent full-time position.
The ideal candidate will be down-to-earth, eager to learn, and ready to deliver exceptional levels of customer service. They will guide customers through their renovation or building journey, helping them understand their options and product ranges.
The consultant will develop genuine relationships with local partners, including builders, plumbers, maintenance professionals, and renovators. They will create quotes, process sales follow-ups, and manage account bases.
The successful candidate will have a passion for creating, renovating, and building beautiful spaces from customers' dreams. While industry experience is not necessary, some consultative sales experience would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, hard-working, and ready to excel. Excellent communication skills are essential, as they will naturally motivate strong relationships and new commercial opportunities.
They must have full Australian working rights and possess a full current driving license.
