The Role: The firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Lawyer (6–8 years PAE) to join its commercial litigation and insolvency team. This is a key strategic hire, offering a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to manage your own files from start to finish. The successful candidate will also be expected to mentor junior lawyers, contribute to business development initiatives, and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the practice. This is a senior role for a confident litigator ready to step into a busy, high-performing team. The Work: You will be exposed to a mix of high-quality disputes work, including: Commercial litigation Insolvency matters Debt recovery Some construction and property disputes (not the main focus) The team services a stable portfolio of long-standing clients with strong, ongoing relationships across commercial sectors. The Team: The litigation and insolvency teams operate closely together under the leadership of a partner who oversees litigation nationally, they are a highly respected senior manager known for their structured, supportive, and approachable style. Team structure includes: Senior Manager Dedicated insolvency partner and solicitor who work closely with the litigation group Associate Senior Paralegal & Paralegal Law Clerk The team operate by sharing knowledge and maintaining a strong sense of cohesion and community.
