The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Organise and attend board and shareholder meetings.
* Advise on corporate governance, legislation, and compliance matters.
* Manage share capital, including share issues and transfers.
* Maintain accurate board and committee records and minutes.
* Support director induction and professional development.
* Oversee risk, audit, and financial governance processes. Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
* Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance frameworks.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
