About Clifton Partners Vending (CPV)
Clifton Partners Vending is a growing vending machine business operating in West Melbourne, Geelong, the Surf Coast and Ballarat. We provide convenient access to snacks and drinks through our network of vending machines in these areas. As demand grows, we're looking to expand our team with someone who can take ownership of stock and vending operations from our warehouse in Torquay.
The Role
We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Stock Manager to oversee stock control, warehouse management, vending machine refills and maintenance. The role will be based out of our Torquay warehouse, with regular travel to vending machine locations across Victoria. All training will be provided. This is a hands-on position requiring a practical mindset, the ability to work independently, and strong organisational skills. The role is currently 4 days per week and is expected to expand to full-time (5 days) as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
Vending Machine Operations
* Refill vending machines across designated locations
* Ensure machines are clean, well-presented and fully operational
* Perform minor maintenance or repairs (training provided)
* Report and escalate more complex technical issues
Stock & Warehouse Management
* Monitor and manage inventory levels at the warehouse
* Maintain a clean and organised warehouse/vehicle
* Rotate stock and manage use-by dates to minimise waste
Logistics & Scheduling
* Plan and execute efficient refill routes
* Track daily tasks and update inventory logs
* Liaise with the team for delivery planning and restock forecasting
Customer Service & Reporting
* Provide basic customer support and respond to onsite issues
* Record and report any issues or feedback from locations
* Help identify opportunities for improvement in stock or service
About You
* Proactive and practical, with strong attention to detail
* Able to work independently and manage time effectively
* Willing to ask questions and seek guidance when needed
* Physically fit and able to lift stock as required
* Comfortable driving and working across multiple sites
* Tech-savvy enough to use inventory software or apps
* Must hold a current driver's licence
* Available to work 4 days per week, with flexibility to increase hours
