Your role
You'll be a part of our Banking & Finance team based in Brisbane and work with lawyers across all of our offices.Working closely with our Partners and the wider team, you will gain exposure to the most complex and interesting transactions in the market.You'll advise clients from almost every sector, from government and healthcare through to infrastructure, media and banking.This is a permanent, full‐time opportunity with hybrid working (60% in the office) and flexibility as required.
Responsibilities
* Advise clients on financing arrangements relating to the structure and documentation for their project
* Advise on acquisition and leverage transactions
* Advise on property financing
* Advise on general corporate financing
Qualifications
* Several years' experience in a Banking & Finance team within a large law firm locally or internationally
* Exposure to project, leverage, acquisition, property, or corporate finance transactions
* A desire to learn, grow, network and mentor others
