- Ascha Smith We are thrilled to be partnering with this global consumer health brand, as they seek a Revenue Growth/Market Analyst to join them in their Brisbane HQ.

Reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager, the Revenue Growth Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will drive sustainable growth by monitoring and analysing sales data, market trends, customer insights and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities for the organisation.
As Revenue Growth Analyst, your major responsibilities and expectations will be:
- To deliver revenue, gross margin and share targets across their main distribution and D2C channels
- Develop pricing strategies balancing profitability while remaining competitive in the market, staying ahead of trends to adjust based on market and customer feedback
- Lead core trading term analytics for the business
- Cross-functional collaboration with customer, brand, sales, commercial finance and supply chain teams
- Collaboration with the sales team to ensure they're enabled with the right tools, resources and collateral to best communicate the value proposition of their product lines.
- Technically, you will have high level skills in Excel with experience using market analytics such as Nielsen, IRI and IQVIA; and experience using CRM and ERP software
This role will partner with an extensive network of internal teams and stakeholders, so expertise communicating with (and influencing) stakeholders across varied backgrounds and experience will be paramount. Further, a solid background from retail/FMCG or health sectors will be a requirement for success within this role.
