**Your Role**:
- Outstanding customer service skills, presentation and attitude
- Ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly at reception to ensure the best customer experience possible
- Swim School sales enquiries via phone/in person
- Ensure that front of house presentation is maintained at the highest level
- Ensure back of house administration/ work areas are maintained at the highest standard
- Work closely with Swim School Manager to ensure cohesion between pool and reception
- POS processes and administration

**What you will need: (Don't worry we can help)**
- Willing to work at least one shift on the weekend
- Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
- Current CPR Certificate
