At West Queanbeyan Veterinary Hospital, we're looking for a warm, professional, and motivated receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service while ensuring the seamless coordination of patient visits. What We Offer

* No prior veterinary reception experience required—we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success!
* Daily clinic rounds and regular team meetings to support professional development and teamwork.
* Ongoing customer service, client care, and leadership development training through our in-house programs.
* Access to self-development, leadership, and mental health support through the Lincoln Institute.
* A stable and predictable roster—38-hour workweek across four days, with a consistent day off each week. One or two weekend shifts per month, paid at full penalty rates. There are no split shifts and a 6:30 PM finish (the clinic closes at 6 PM).
